Front Office Receptionist: Kellum Family Medicine, Bergheim, TX
Kellum Family Medicine in Bergheim/Boerne Texas is looking for our next front office receptionist to join our growing team. We are requiring that you have no less than 1-year of experience in working as a medical front office specialist with excellent communication skills and computer knowledge. The right candidate should possess the ability to multitask and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing the highest level of patient care and HIPAA guideline adherence. Bilingual a plus.Job duties:
- The successful candidate must present themselves in a professional and friendly manner when communicating with patients and staff.
- Greets patients, obtains the necessary patient demographics, insurance information and updates it in the EMR.· Verifying and updating patient’s insurance and demographic information.
- Schedule new and existing patients.
- Collect payments from patients at time of visit.
