While we strive to keep The Texas Examiner appropriate for all ages, some episodes may contain mature language or themes. We recommend parental guidance for younger listeners.

Episodes of The Texas Examiner typically range from 30 minutes to over an hour long depending on the topic.  At times, our episodes may exceed one hour, in which case, we will divide the episode into smaller easily digestible parts.

Yes.  The hosts endeavor to always provide content that examines a particular topic, challenge, or issue with two or more guests with opposing view points.  This way, our viewers and listeners can form their own independent decisions, perceptions, and ideology.  The hosts reserve the right to share and discuss their own independent thoughts, opinions, and views which may or may not align with our viewers or listeners.  We continually challenge our listeners, viewers, and subscribers to think independently and critically to formulate their perceptions and make their decisions based on facts, not innuendos, or the hosts personal opinions.

Absolutely!  In order for us to look into a situation or issue presented by someone concerned about retaliation or adverse affects, we will need to perform our due diligence and meet with you in person.  After meeting in person to better understand the situation and to satisfy our due diligence requirements, we may offer not to disclose you as a source.  However, please understand that this is a professional courtesy that we choose to extend and it may not survive legal or law enforcement scrutiny.  Additionally, if your issue or challenge reveals or indicates laws may have been broken, we are obligated to report the matter to law enforcement.
